JIM NEAL
Jim has over 25 years of experience in the institutional real estate investment industry. He spent over 20 of those years at Metzler North America Corporation, a company he founded to cater to European institutions investing in U.S. real estate. As non-executive Chairman, he continues to provide oversight and guidance to the team and platform he developed, with a U.S. $8.2 billion cumulative transaction volume to date. Prior to that, he was VP of Portfolio Management with Safeco Properties Inc.
BILL POLLARD
Prior to co-founding Talon Private Capital, Bill was a co-founder and principal at Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. for over 16 years. Over his career, Bill has been involved in the sales and/or leasing of more than 6 million square feet and in excess of U.S. $2.0 billion in investment sales. Bill has consistently been recognized as one of the leading brokers in the Pacific Northwest. He earned the prestigious Seattle Broker of the Year award four times, and was a finalist three additional times.The national industry research firm Costar recognized Bill as a "Power Broker" for the past seven years,and he has been the keynote speaker at numerous industry events.
